We’re looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (Founder’s Office) who will work directly with the founder to build and scale the company’s people function from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, cross‑functional role combining HR, operations, and strategic execution. You won’t just “manage HR”; you’ll design scalable processes, solve problems, and drive execution across teams.

Manage end‑to‑end hiring (sourcing to closure) – Drive performance management (KPIs/OKRs, reviews) – Handle payroll and coordinate with finance – Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes – Create and maintain HR docs, policies, and records – Support founder on strategy, operations, and execution.

Requirements

• B.Com / BBA / BA or relevant field (Final‑year students with NOC can apply)
• 0–2+ years of experience (prior HR/internship experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong ownership, execution ability, and attention to detail
• Good to Have:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel & Power BI
• Some kind of previous Technical Hiring Experience
• Familiarity with HRMS tools and systems
• Exposure to Accounting, Finance and Marketing functions
• Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working across multiple domains in a startup
