A consulting firm is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner based in Bangalore. The role involves driving the people agenda across two manufacturing locations, focusing on employee engagement and productivity enhancement. Ideal candidates will have 12-15 years of experience in HR, particularly in factory settings, and must speak Kannada, with Tulu as an added advantage. This position requires strong expertise in employee relations and labour laws, alongside relocation support for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience (Factory/Manufacturing exposure preferred).
• Kannada language is mandatory; Tulu is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive people agenda across two manufacturing locations.

Location: Bangalore (Managing Amarnath & Mangalore sites)

Budget: ₹20–25 LPA

Qualification: MSW / MBA / PGD in HR or equivalent

Experience: 12–15 years (Factory / Manufacturing exposure preferred)

Language Requirement:

• Kannada – Mandatory
• Tulu – Advantage
• Reporting To: CHRO
• Role Type: Individual Contributor
• Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

To drive the people agenda across two manufacturing locations by partnering closely with business leaders and ensuring effective workforce management.
