Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR is required.
• 5–8 years of experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, Cloud, AI, or product-based organizations preferred.
• Strong exposure to core HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional and business leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and workforce planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and change management, driving smooth adoption of new processes.
• Champion E2E Networks' culture and values through engagement programs, town halls, and wellness initiatives.
• Run employee pulse surveys and focus group discussions, translating feedback into action plans.
• Own the end-to-end Performance Management System: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and PIPs.
• Coach managers on effective feedback conversations, and partner on succession planning and career progression.
• Resolve employee grievances and workplace concerns fairly and in a timely manner.
• Design Rewards & Recognition initiatives that reinforce organizational values and support retention.
• Track HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) and prepare dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Drive HR process automation and adoption using the Zoho People HRMS suite and other AI-powered HR tools.
