Job summary

TVS Credit Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced HRBP to drive internal hiring, engagement, and retention strategies across the Bengaluru region. You will manage organizational charts, participate in GPTW initiatives, and resolve employee queries, while coordinating training to close skill gaps.

The role requires 8–12 years of HRBP experience in Banking/NBFC, MBA, and strong relationship-building and planning skills to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in HRBP role in Banking/NBFC preferred.

Job description

The role is responsible to ensure smooth execution of HR processes & systems within the defined process & TAT resulting in delighted engaged and productive employees across the assigned region. Also, responsible to meet manpower requirement and provide all HR administrative support to new joiners as well as existing employees at the regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive internal hiring through (IJPs) internal job postings
• Engage with employees to ensure retention & productivity
• Proactively manage attrition by analyzing trends and implementing targeted retention and engagement initiatives
• Create and maintain the organizational organogram and manpower plan for different business-critical departments
• Lead the department's participation in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, implementing specific strategies to improve Trust Index scores
• Resolve all employee queries and HR operational issues accurately and within stipulated timelines
• Close coordination with training & development team to identify specific skill gaps in individual employees and look at appropriate training interventions to remove those gaps
• Design and execute employee engagement plan for various functions depending upon their unique engagement needs
• Publish periodic reports on management and ensure healthy and competitive work environment
• Drive performance management of employees by promoting high performance culture

Job Requirements:

• Post Graduate / MBA
• 8-12 years of experience in HRBP role preferably male candidates from Banking / NBFC
• Ability to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
• Ability to develop strong, respectful relationships, to inspire confidence and to build trust
• Able to network effectively and build constructive working relationships across the company
