Job summary

TVS Credit Services Ltd seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to drive end‑to‑end HR processes in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with business leaders to ensure manpower planning, seamless onboarding for new joiners, and proactive retention strategies across the region.

Key responsibilities include driving internal hiring, engaging employees for retention, managing attrition analysis, and enabling performance management to sustain a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in HRBP role, preferably from Banking / NBFC.
• Ability to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.
• Strong relationship building, trust creation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal hiring through internal job postings.
• Engage with employees to ensure retention and productivity.
• Proactively analyze attrition trends and implement targeted retention initiatives.
• Create and maintain org charts and manpower plans for key departments.
• Support GPTW certification and implement strategies to improve Trust Index scores.
• Resolve employee queries and HR operations within set timelines.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate with L&D for targeted trainings.
• Design and execute employee engagement plans for functions.
• Publish periodic management reports to ensure a healthy work environment.
• Drive performance management to foster a high-performance culture.

Job description

Job Purpose:

The role is responsible to ensure smooth execution of HR processes & systems within the defined process & TAT resulting in delighted engaged and productive employees across the assigned region. Also, responsible to meet manpower requirement and provide all HR administrative support to new joiners as well as existing employees at the regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive internal hiring through (IJPs) internal job postings
• Engage with employees to ensure retention & productivity
• Proactively manage attrition by analyzing trends and implementing targeted retention and engagement initiatives
• Create and maintain the organizational organogram and manpower plan for different business-critical departments
• Lead the department's participation in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, implementing specific strategies to improve Trust Index scores
• Resolve all employee queries and HR operational issues accurately and within stipulated timelines
• Close coordination with training & development team to identify specific skill gaps in individual employees and look at appropriate training interventions to remove those gaps
• Design and execute employee engagement plan for various functions depending upon their unique engagement needs
• Publish periodic reports on management and ensure healthy and competitive work environment
• Drive performance management of employees by promoting high performance culture

Job Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in HRBP role preferably from Banking / NBFC
• Ability to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
• Ability to develop strong, respectful relationships, to inspire confidence and to build trust
• Able to network effectively and build constructive working relationships across the company
