End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Posting - Collaborate closely with HRBPs to align recruitment efforts with business strategies.
• Maintain and update the Hiring Tracker to ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide regular status updates to stakeholders/HRBP's.

Hiring Tools and Technology

• Leverage the Avature portal to manage hiring and candidate applications, and maintain up-to-date records of recruitment progress.
• Ensure effective use of the portal to streamline hiring processes.
• Sourcing Candidates - Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional networks to source excellent candidates.
• Conduct proactive outreach and searches to attract top talent.
• Find and Engage Hard-to-Reach Talent.
• Enable a Diversity Strategy and Ensure Diverse Talent Pools - TA COE - Build and Maintain Healthy Pipelines of Engaged Talent.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs, organizational culture, and skill requirements for open positions.
• Provide strategic support and insights throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment with unit objectives.

Collaboration with Consultant, Institutes

• Establish and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutions for internship and entry-level recruitment opportunities.

Communications Strategy

• Create and execute a communications plan that effectively for IJP announcements through various channels, ensuring maximum visibility among internal candidates.
