Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and manpower needs.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the selection process.
• Drive timely closure of positions in line with agreed TAT and hiring targets.
• Handle recruitment for Corporate functions and selected Plant/Manufacturing positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for offer rollout, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and update the ATS/recruitment trackers regularly.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and share recruitment MIS, hiring status and other reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and processes.
