Job summary

IncepBio in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Recruiter with 2-5 years of pharma recruitment experience to understand hiring managers' requirements and attract candidates through portals, social media, and networks.

You will screen resumes, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, complete background verifications, and coordinate onboarding while keeping recruitment trackers up to date. JP Nagar, Bengaluru-based role.
