Job summary

Dr ITM is seeking a capable HR professional to support end-to-end recruitment processes in Jaipur. The role involves posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and maintaining HR documentation.

You will also handle onboarding, joining formalities, payroll and attendance support, employee engagement activities, and HR MIS/reporting to ensure smooth HR operations.
