DMart is seeking a proactive Recruiter in Thane with 1–3 years of experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will partner with hiring managers to plan strategies, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct structured interviews to ensure timely closures.

The role requires evaluating candidates for technical skills, soft skills, experience and cultural fit, while handling offers and compensation discussions. You will maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Graduate or post graduate with 1–3 years in recruitment.
