Mastek is seeking a detail-oriented HR Intern in Mumbai to support the Talent Management CoE. You will gain hands-on exposure to HR reporting, people analytics, and project coordination, translating data into actionable insights.

You will assist in preparing leadership decks, dashboards, and management reports, while coordinating with HR leaders and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of ongoing people initiatives and projects.

Formación

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR or related field.

• Prior internship in HR analytics, reporting, surveys, or project coordination preferred.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Intern to support the Talent Management CoE team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to HR reporting, people analytics, talent management, and project coordination. The intern will work closely with HR leaders and stakeholders to translate data into clear insights and support the timely execution of ongoing people initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Talent Management initiatives through data analysis, reporting, coordination, and project tracking.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, trackers, scorecards, and periodic reports using Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI.
• Validate, clean, and consolidate HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before reporting.
• Analyse employee survey responses and other people-related data to identify trends and meaningful insights.
• Assist in preparing leadership review decks, presentations, summaries, and management reports.
• Support project & process governance through action tracking, status updates, documentation, stakeholder follow-ups, and milestone monitoring.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on talent management, employee experience, and emerging people practices.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools to improve reporting, communication creation, and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with HR teams and business stakeholders to enable timely completion of processes and projects.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear and structured manner.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage follow-ups, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, or other analytics and AI tools is an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset with a strong willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or any other related field.
• Prior internship, or practical exposure to HR, analytics, reporting, surveys, or project coordination is preferred.
