Job summary

ZURU Tech Ahmedabad seeks a proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 administration while ensuring IT security policies are followed.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of IT support experience, strong Windows 10/11 and MS 365 skills, and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset. Local candidates preferred for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Diploma or equivalent also acceptable).
• 2–3 years of IT Support, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support experience.
• Strong skills in Windows 10/11 Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business apps.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic network security.

Experience: 2–3 Years Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users, and install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues; monitor network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Perform software installation, updates, and antivirus management.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate with vendors for warranty claims/repairs, and create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Support IT infrastructure projects, office setup activities, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Diploma or equivalent also acceptable).
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong skills in Windows 10/11 Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT asset management and helpdesk/ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Fortinet or Sophos networking products, and backup/endpoint security solutions.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified (M365, Azure Fundamentals), CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Fortinet NSE/FCA.
• Experience supporting 100+ users.
