Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across the assigned site.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of housekeeping chemicals, tools, and machinery.
• Maintain records of attendance, consumables, stock, and equipment.
• Train staff on cleaning techniques, SOPs, safety practices, and use of equipment.
• Coordinate with clients/site management to address complaints and service requests.
• Report incidents, shortages, and maintenance issues to the Facility Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
