Job summary

elevate is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to manage on-ground housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and a seamless guest experience. You will oversee daily room allocation, deep cleaning schedules, and team task distribution, while maintaining strict quality controls and timely maintenance coordination.

You will lead housekeeping staff, drive discipline in execution, handle guest requests and complaints, and ensure service delivery aligns with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in housekeeping, with 1+ year as a supervisor (hospitality preferred).
• Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and processes.
• Good team supervision and task management skills.
• Ability to handle guest interactions and resolve complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Standards: Ensure cleanliness across rooms, corridors, and common areas in line with defined standards.
• Task Allocation & Execution: Manage daily room allocation, deep cleaning schedules, and team task distribution.
• Quality Control & Audits: Conduct routine inspections (including ~80 rooms daily) to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Team Supervision: Oversee performance of housekeeping staff and drive discipline in execution.
• Customer Experience: Handle guest requests and complaints effectively; maintain high CSAT through timely resolution.
• Coordination & Escalations: Report maintenance issues to relevant teams and ensure timely closure.
• Service Delivery: Ensure all operations are executed as per SOPs with consistency and efficiency.
