Ig3 Infra is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations in IT parks and commercial facilities in Chennai. You will lead a team, plan shifts, ensure spotless office areas, restrooms, and common spaces, and coordinate with Facility Management to maintain high hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates have 1 to 5 years' experience in housekeeping, strong leadership, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in housekeeping supervision or similar roles.
• IT Park / Commercial Facility experience preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise housekeeping staff and daily manpower deployment.
• Ensure cleanliness of office areas, restrooms, food court, common areas, lifts and corridors.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain hygiene standards.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, grooming and staff discipline.
• Handle housekeeping complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor cleaning materials, equipment and stock.
• Maintain daily checklists and housekeeping reports.
• Coordinate with Facility Management and other departments.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene and safety.
