Job summary

Brilliant Hotels Group in Indore is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, assign shifts, and motivate staff. You will inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, manage inventory and equipment, and enforce safety standards while handling guest feedback.

The role requires hands-on cleaning experience in large facilities and strong organizational and team management skills to maintain high standards across all areas of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipments and products.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
