Job summary

BIGS is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations at client premises in Mumbai. You will supervise housekeeping staff, ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards, and conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.

Requirements include a Hotel Management diploma or degree and 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, with strong team management and communication skills and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Strong team management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with industrial and commercial cleaning standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
