Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors as per hotel standards.
• Make beds, change bed linen, pillow covers, and towels.

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas, lobby, restaurants, and recreational spaces.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper records of room status and cleaning activities.
• Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room availability and room status.
