• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the campus.
• Take daily rounds and report lapses to relevant teams.
• Maintain standard room preparation and par stock of supplies.
• Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniforms and assets.
• Oversee pest eradication activities and ensure safety and sanitation policies.
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Prepare management reports and train housekeeping staff.
• Schedule shifts and arrange replacements as needed.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products timely and maintain guest/student satisfaction.

Jobbeschreibung

• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire campus.
• Taking daily rounds of the premises and reporting any lapses/ observations to the relevant teams.
• Ensure that rooms are made as per standard.
• Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies.
• Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.
• Pay particular attention while organizingpest eradication activities.
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Prepare reports for management information.
• Train the Housekeeping team members on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Oversee staff activities on a daily basis.
• Check rooms and common areas, including rooms corridors and washrooms, for cleanliness.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
• Respond to Guest and student complaints and special requests.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products in a timely manner.
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
• Keep abreast with the operating procedures related to the department (Lost and found, timings, attendance system, permission forms etc.)
• Familiar with PPT preparations on various subjects.

Takes ownership of the request or complaint and ensures they are handled effectively within TAT

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduation / Post graduation. A university degree in hotel management is preferred or prior experience of at least 3 years in Housekeeping operations.
• Have excellent co-ordination skills.
• Excellent skills to create and maintain MIS in excel sheets.
• Have strong communication & written skills in English language.
• Pleasing personality & strong grooming standards.
