Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Ghitorni, New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling domestic and international holiday packages, converting leads into bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell holiday packages for popular destinations (Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Europe, UK, USA, Schengen countries, etc.).

Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.

Understand client requirements and recommend tailored travel packages.

Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals.

Coordinate with ticketing, hotel, and visa teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

1-3 years of proven experience in travel sales/holiday package sales.

Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.

Graduate degree preferred (background in Travel & Tourism is an advantage).
