Job summary

BooknTravel India is seeking an experienced Holiday Expert to drive end-to-end holiday package sales for international and domestic destinations. You will design itineraries, apply destination knowledge, and convert inquiries into bookings with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Based in Bengaluru, the role requires travel & tourism graduation and 2–6 years in holiday sales, strong itinerary planning, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism (Mandatory).
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in holiday sales.
• Strong knowledge of itinerary creation and travel planning.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete holiday package sales from lead to closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, itinerary planning skills, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete holiday package sales (Lead to Closure)
• Design and customize travel itineraries as per customer requirements
• Manage international and domestic holiday bookings
• Provide destination guidance and travel solutions to clients
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management

Required Destination Knowledge

Europe, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Dubai, Malaysia, Bali, Vietnam, South Africa, USA and other major destinations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism (Mandatory)
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in holiday sales
• Strong knowledge of itinerary creation and travel planning
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
