Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to supervise day-to-day hotel activities, coordinating front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, budget monitoring, SOP implementation, and continuous process improvements to optimize operations and safety. Prior hospitality management experience and a degree in hotel management or related field are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5+ years of progressive hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving under pressure, clear communication, and PMS knowledge.
