Job summary

tat Tvam Asi Eco Lodges And Farm in India seeks a hands-on Ops Lead to oversee guest services, housekeeping, and staff. You will supervise daily operations and ensure a welcoming, spotless environment for guests.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a practical knowledge of property maintenance. Experience in hospitality, homestays, or farms is preferred, with weekends and holidays availability.

• Experience working in a farmstay or estate environment is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Guest Management Welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure a pleasant stay.
• Housekeeping Supervision Monitor room cleaning, bathrooms, common areas, and overall property hygiene.
• Staff Management Assign daily duties and supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.
• Guest Complaints Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely solutions.
• Property Maintenance Check rooms, facilities, equipment, and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Food & Service Coordination Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service.
• Inventory Management Monitor housekeeping, kitchen, and guest supplies and maintain stock records.
• Daily Operations – Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the property.
• Safety & Security – Ensure guest and staff safety and follow emergency procedures.
• Reporting – Maintain daily reports for occupancy, housekeeping, maintenance, supplies, and guest feedback.
• Guest Experience – Assist guests with local information, activities, transportation, and property facilities.
• Quality Standards – Ensure cleanliness, hospitality, and service standards are consistently maintained.
