Job summary

Sbicap Securities in Mohali seeks an experienced Sales professional to drive Home loan and LAP sales. You will build and manage a strong DSA/network of builders, connectors and brokers, while sourcing from existing customers and new leads.

The role requires 3–6 years in Home Loans/Retail Banking, with a track record of achieving monthly and annual targets and managing end-to-end loan cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Home Loans/LAP/Retail Banking.
• Experience driving sales through DSA, builders, brokers and direct sourcing.
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead to disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Home loans and LAP to achieve targets.
• Generate business via DSA, builders, connectors, brokers and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain builder/broker networks and customer relationships.
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.
• Ensure quality sourcing by assessing customer income, documents, and property details.
