Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in sales management or similar role in the NBFC industry.
• Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
