Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking a result-oriented Home Loan sales professional to drive open market and DSA-based client acquisition in Maharashtra. The role focuses on sourcing LAP and retail mortgage opportunities, building lender relationships, and ensuring timely loan processing.

The candidate should have 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate in local markets, with a Bachelor's or higher degree.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of proven Home Loan/LAP or Retail Mortgage sales experience.
• Open Market/DSA channel background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan and LAP clients through open market field activities, cold calling, and local lead-generation campaigns.
• Empanel and manage relationships with DSAs, real estate agents, property builders, and connectors.
• Conduct client meetings to evaluate financial requirements, collect necessary KYC, income, and property documents, and complete loan application files.
• Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and operational teams to resolve queries, secure timely loan sanctions, and ensure swift disbursements.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales, volume, and disbursement targets while cross-selling value-added products like insurance.
• Organize and participate in local promotional initiatives, property expos, and loan melas to build market presence.

Preferred Candidate Profile
