Job summary

Axis Bank is hiring Relationship Officers for the Home Loan Department in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on generating home loan business through branch channels, customer references, builders, connectors and other sourcing avenues, while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

You will generate leads, explain loan details, collect documents, coordinate with Credit/Operations for login and disbursement, and maintain follow-up with customers to meet monthly targets and build channel

Qualifications

• Qualification: 12th or Graduate / Post Graduate.
• Experience: 05 years in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC or Sales.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and target-based work.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and source Home Loan customers from the assigned market.
• Generate business through Branch, open market, builders, property dealers, connectors and referrals.
• Explain loan eligibility, documentation, tenure and other product-related information to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents and KYC as per process.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for login, sanction and disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the loan process.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers and other channel partners.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain daily activity reports, lead trackers and MIS.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC and compliance requirements.
