Job summary

Etrav Tech Ltd / Eagle Crest in Malad West (Mumbai) is seeking an experienced Quotation Expert to design accurate and competitive holiday quotes for Bali, Vietnam, Thailand and Dubai.

You will coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transfer providers and tour operators; manage post-booking operations; issue vouchers and itineraries; and ensure timely, accurate bookings while maintaining high customer satisfaction and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of international holiday operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, and Dubai.
• Knowledge of hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Handle post-booking holiday operations for Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, and Dubai packages.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transfer providers, and sightseeing vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Confirm hotel reservations, airport transfers, tours, visas, and other travel services within the agreed timelines.
• Prepare and issue vouchers, itineraries, travel documents, and booking confirmations.
• Ensure all bookings are accurately processed and updated in the company's booking systems.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate availability, resolve operational issues, and obtain the best possible service for customers.
• Monitor booking status and proactively address any changes, cancellations, amendments, or disruptions.
• Provide operational support to the Sales and Customer Support teams for customer queries.
• Coordinate with Finance for supplier payments, reconciliations, and invoice verification.
• Handle emergency situations during travel by coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with destination management companies (DMCs) and preferred suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of destination updates, visa requirements, supplier policies, and travel regulations.

Position Overview

Eagle Crest is seeking an experienced Quotation Expert who will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and timely travel quotations for clients. The role will involve coordinating with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators to design customized travel packages that meet client requirements and company profitability targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline.
• 2. 2 to 5 years of experience in international holiday operations.
• 3. Hands-on experience handling destinations such as Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, and Dubai.
• 4. Strong knowledge of hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas, and destination logistics.
• 5. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• 6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• 7. Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• 8. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• 9. Experience with travel booking systems or holiday management software will be an added advantage.
