Job summary

Musafir.com seeks an experienced travel consultant to craft customized holiday packages for clients in Mumbai. You will leverage strong knowledge of international destinations, especially Europe and CIS, to design options that meet budgets and preferences.

You will provide prompt, accurate customer service via calls and emails, consult with customers to ensure satisfaction, and negotiate with hotels and transport partners to secure best pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in tourism or travel-related field.
• Minimum 3 years travel industry sales experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in tourism or travel-related field. A minimum of three years of work experience in the travel industry in sales role preferred
