Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. in India seeks an experienced CNC/HMC Operator to read engineering drawings, set up and run HMC machines, and perform dimensional inspections with Vernier, Micrometer, and related tools. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and 5S in the workplace.

The ideal candidate has ITI and CNC certifications, 3–6 years of hands-on HMC/CNC operation experience, and a solid understanding of gauges, tolerances, and process sheets to ensure consistent part conformity.

Qualifications

• ITI (Machinist/Fitter/Turner or equivalent) required.
• CNC Machine Operation and Machining Knowledge required.
• ITI + CNC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments accurately.
• Independently operate HMC machines.
• Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and Deep Vernier instruments.
• Maintain production quality, safety, and machine housekeeping standards.

Basic Educational Qualification: ITI (Machinist/Fitter/Turner or equivalent)
CNC Certification / CNC Machine Operation Training

Professional Qualification: CNC Machine Operation and Machining Knowledge

Technical Qualification: ITI + CNC Certification

Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in HMC/CNC machine operation

Functional skills & knowledge :-
Hands-on experience operating HMC machines.
Ability to independently operate and monitor HMC machining processes.
Exposure to CNC machining operations.
Knowledge of job setting and tool setting.
Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as:Vernier Caliper Micrometer . Depth Vernier
Height Gauge (preferred)
Understanding of machining tolerances and quality requirements.
Awareness of workplace safety and 5S practices.
