Job summary

CIRCOR International in India (Daman) is seeking an experienced HMC/CNC operator to read drawings, set up machines, and perform dimensional checks.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of hands-on HMC/CNC operation, ITI in machinist/fitter/turner, CNC certification, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and housekeeping.

You will work in a fast-paced shop, maintain production standards, and collaborate with supervisors to improve tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating HMC machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
• 3–6 years of experience in HMC/CNC operation.

Responsibilities

• Read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments accurately.
• Independently operate HMC machines.
• Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and Deep Vernier instruments.

Essential Job Functions

Read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments accurately Independently operate HMC machines Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and Deep Vernier instruments Maintain production quality, safety, and machine housekeeping standards

Basic Educational Qualification:

ITI (Machinist/Fitter/Turner or equivalent)

CNC Certification / CNC Machine Operation Training

Professional Qualification:

CNC Machine Operation and Machining Knowledge

Technical Qualification:

ITI + CNC Certification

Experience:

3 to 6 years of relevant experience in HMC/CNC machine operation

Functional skills & knowledge :-

• Hands-on experience operating HMC machines.
• Ability to independently operate and monitor HMC machining processes.
• Exposure to CNC machining operations.
• Knowledge of job setting and tool setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as:Vernier Caliper Micrometer . Depth Vernier
• Height Gauge (preferred)
• Understanding of machining tolerances and quality requirements.
• Awareness of workplace safety and 5S practices.
