Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defence in India is hiring a CNC/HMC Operator responsible for reading engineering drawings, setting up and operating HMC machines, and performing dimensional inspections with Vernier, micrometers and height gauges.

The role requires ITI in Machinist/Fitter/Turner or equivalent, CNC certification, and 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience. You will maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards while ensuring adherence to tolerances.

• Proficient in using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Depth Vernier.

Basic Educational Qualification: ITI (Machinist/Fitter/Turner or equivalent)

CNC Certification / CNC Machine Operation Training

Professional Qualification: CNC Machine Operation and Machining Knowledge

Technical Qualification: ITI + CNC Certification

Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in HMC/CNC machine operation

Functional skills & knowledge :-

• Hands‑on experience operating HMC machines.


• Ability to independently operate and monitor HMC machining processes.


• Exposure to CNC machining operations.


• Knowledge of job setting and tool setting.


• Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.


• Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as:Vernier Caliper Micrometer . Depth Vernier


• Height Gauge (preferred)


• Understanding of machining tolerances and quality requirements.


• Awareness of workplace safety and 5S practices.
