Job summary

Global Castings in Tamil Nadu is seeking a skilled HMC/VMC setter to join our production team. You will operate HMC and VMC machines, set up tools, and ensure parts meet dimensional requirements.

The role requires G Code and M Code knowledge, blueprint reading, and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in maintaining safety and quality. Candidates should work both independently and collaboratively to hit production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a VMC or HMC setter is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of G Code and M Code, and tool setup.

Responsibilities

• Operate HMC/VMC machines and perform setups.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and program errors.
• Check materials and prepare tools for production.
• Translate engineering drawings into production dimensions.
• Inspect finished parts for quality assurance.
