Job summary

Rajkot Job Openings is seeking an HMC Operator to work with advanced Horizontal Machining Centers. You will set up fixtures, load programs, and operate HMC units to produce complex parts while maintaining high accuracy and meeting daily production targets.

You will perform tool changes and offsets to keep production within specifications, document production data, and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience with HMC machines
• Proficiency in CNC controllers and program execution
• Working knowledge of G-codes and M-codes
• Ability to perform tool setups and adjustments
• High attention to detail and dimensional accuracy

Responsibilities
