Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an experienced HMC/CNC operator to read engineering drawings, set up and run HMC machines, and perform dimensional inspections with precision instruments. The role requires ensuring production quality, safety, and housekeeping in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates will have ITI in Machinist/Fitter/Turner or equivalent, plus CNC certification, and 3–6 years of relevant experience in HMC/CNC operation. Strong adherence to processes and 5S practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating HMC machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Exposure to CNC machining operations.
• Knowledge of job setting and tool setting.
• Understanding of machining tolerances and quality requirements.
• Awareness of workplace safety and 5S practices.

• Basic Educational Qualification: ITI (Machinist/Fitter/Turner or equivalent)
• CNC Certification / CNC Machine Operation Training

Professional Qualification: CNC Machine Operation and Machining Knowledge

Technical Qualification: ITI + CNC Certification

Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in HMC/CNC machine operation

Functional skills & knowledge :-

• Hands-on experience operating HMC machines.
• Ability to independently operate and monitor HMC machining processes.
• Exposure to CNC machining operations.
• Knowledge of job setting and tool setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
