Mettler Toledo International, Inc in Bengaluru seeks a Service Engineer to plan and execute service calls weekly/monthly, ensuring top quality service for Anachem instruments like titrator and pH meter, and to improve customer experience through proactive planning.

You will demonstrate installation and operational qualifications of analytical instruments, maintain good documentation, build customer relationships, and work with global teams to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electronics / Instrumentation with 3-5 yrs experience.
• English language proficiency is required; regional languages advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute all type of service calls on a weekly/月 basis with no escalation, delivering top quality service for Anachem instruments.
• Improve customer experience through technical solutions and proactive planning.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Anachem products like Titrator, pH meter, DO, density, melting point, spectrophotometer, etc.
• Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs.
• Take ownership to deliver on KPIs and build strong customer relationships.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for Anachem Instrument (Titrator & PH meter.
• Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning
• Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Anachem products like Titrator, PH meter, DO, Densisty , Meting point, Spectro photo meter etc.
• Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs
• Take ownership and deliver on the Key peformance indicators for business and operations
• Responsible to build customer relationship
• Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills
• Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan.

What You Need to Succeed

• Diploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar field. Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices. Experience on Analytical Instruments would be a added advantage.
• Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage
