Job summary

Mettler-Toledo International, Inc is hiring for a field role based in India. You will handle installation, breakdowns and PMVs primarily for Labtec products, ensure RT/TAT/DT targets, and apply solid compliance knowledge.

You will also drive VAS product sales, manage spares, visit customers, and support contract renewals while progressing toward Anachem & Process areas. Successful candidates will have a Diploma or BE in EC/IC with at least 6 years in the field, with opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in EC/IC with minimum 6 years of experience.
• Experience in the same field.

Responsibilities

• Attending installation / break-down / PMVs for Primarily Labtec products.
• Achieving given RT/TAT/DT.
• Good technical knowledge of Compliance.
• To generate business on VAS products like ACC/MCL/GWP/Trainings, etc.
• Cross lead / spares business.
• Regular Customer visits to create good repo. and add on new business opportunities.
• Ensuring contract and warranty renewals with the help of service sales person and contract admin team.
• Gradually we will develop him for Anachem & Process.
