Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO in Delhi is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support LabTech instruments installation, qualification, and preventive maintenance. You will work with internal and external customers, deliver compliant service, and generate leads for services and products by understanding customer needs.

You should have a Diploma or BE in Electronics/Instrumentation with 3–5 years of related experience; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electronics/Instrumentation with 3–5 years of field experience.
• Experience in installation and operational qualification of instruments as per quality docs.
• English verbal and written communication skills are essential; local language a plus.
• Experience with compliance software connectivity; PM delivery in Pharma accounts is advantageous.
• Experience with Micro, Analytical and Precision balances service support.
• Experience with basic Anachem products like pH/Conduc, titrators.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all types of service calls weekly/monthly with no escalations.
• Improve customer experience through technical solutions and proactive planning.
• Demonstrate good technical knowledge of LabTech scales/products.
• Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs.
• Take ownership of KPIs for business and operations.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Lead LAB Service performance via strong communication and teamwork.
• Deliver good documentation practices as per plan.

• Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for LabTech Instrument with high productivity.
• 2. Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning
• 3. Demonstrate good technical knowldege of LabTech scales / products
• 4. Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs
• 5. Take ownership and deliver on the Key peformance indicators for business and operations
• 6. Responsible to build customer relationship
• 7. Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organisation values through on-field services and through communication skills
• 8. Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organisation plan.

What You Need to Succeed

• Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar field
• Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices. Conversant with PM delivery protocols in Pharma accounts.
• Experience on Compliance Software connectivity of Analytical Instruments would be a added advantage. Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage
• Overall and Specific Experience: Micro, Analytical and Precision balances service support (Installation/PM and Break-fix).Exposure on Compliance software connectivity, installation and validation.
• Experience on Basic Anachem Products like pH/Conduc, basic titrators.
