Job summary

Mettler-Toledo International, Inc is seeking a field service professional to support installation, breakdowns, and PMVs for industrial products in India. You will drive service metrics, manage compliance knowledge, and expand business on value-added services.

Role requires a diploma or BE in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical with 2–3 years of experience. The position offers exposure to global teams, medical insurance, and a collaborative One Team culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electronics, Instrumentation or Electrical with 2–3 years experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Attending installation / breakdown / PMVs for Industrial products.
• Achieving given RT/TAT/DT.
• Good technical knowledge of Compliance.
• Generate business on VAS products (ACC/MCL/GWP/Trainings).
• Cross lead / spares business.
• Regular customer visits to build repo and new opportunities.
• Ensure contract and warranty renewals with sales and contract admin support.
• Timely PM/response time/installation and service revenue targets meet customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed

• Qualifications and Technical Skills: Diploma or B.E. in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical with min. 2 to 3 yrs. Experience in the same field.
