Mettler-Toledo International, Inc in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced specialist to provide technical and applications support for analytical and pH instruments. You will drive regional sales with the team, conduct on-site demos, seminars, and customer training, and troubleshoot methods in collaboration with service staff.

The role requires MSc in Chemistry with 5–8 years in analytical field applications, sales or service, and hands-on experience with analytical instruments.

Competenze

• MSc in Chemistry, preferably Analytical/organic.
• 5 years of Analytical field Application/Sales/Service experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in related roles.

Mansioni

• Provide technical and applications support for analytical & pH product lines and drive regional sales targets with the sales team.
• Deliver high-level technical sales support via on-site and e-demos, seminars and customer training.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and optimize methods with service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Share product marketing information and market feedback to product/Business Manager for improvements or new products.
• Lead technical seminars and inform customers at their sites to showcase capabilities.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the technical and applications support for analytical & pH product lines and drive regional sales target along with sales team.


• To be responsible for the technical activities related to Pre & Post sales, performing high level technical sales support via site and e-demos, technical seminars and customer training.


• Method Demonstration and sample analysis of Analytical Instruments ie. Potentiometric Titrations, KF, UV/ Vis spectrophometers, Density and Refrecto meters, MP/DP appartus and pH range of instrument and Analytical testing.


• On site troubleshooting of customer samples and method optimization in collaboration with service team to improve customer satisfaction.


• To provide product marketing information and related market feedback to product and Business Manager to enhance existing products or to develop completely new products.


• Conduct Techncial seminars (GxP) & Infodays at customer’s place.


• Drive successful Installation by collobrating with local sales and service team and increase utility of sold products throughout the life cycle.


• Conduct periodic technical & application training to local sales & service team.


• To support local sales team in planning & delivering high level site penetration activities.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• MSC in Chemistry, preferably Analytical/ organic


• 5 years of Analytical field Application/Sales/ Service experience

Overall and Specific Experience:

• 5-8 years of exp.
