2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Jharsuguda, Odisha invites a Senior Service Engineer with 8–12 years' experience to maintain Sandvik crushers, screens and feeders. You will lead preventive and breakdown maintenance, perform RCA, and monitor equipment health to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Sandvik equipment background across mining, cement, aggregates or heavy industries, and is able to install, commission and service equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Formación

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• 6–12 years of relevant experience in service and maintenance of heavy industrial equipment.
• Hands-on experience with Sandvik Crushers, Screens, and Feeders is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, RCA, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring.
• Excellent troubleshooting, customer handling, and communication skills.
• Candidates must belong to the Mining, Crushing & Screening, Cement, Aggregate, or Heavy Equipment industries.
• Willing to work at Jharsuguda, Odisha.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Sandvik Crushers, Screens, and Feeders.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot mechanical failures.
• Carry out condition monitoring, including vibration, temperature, and oil analysis.
• Assess equipment health and recommend corrective actions.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and servicing.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely maintenance execution.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Job Summary
