Job Title: Technical Service Manager - Heavy EquipmentJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Service Manager to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of heavy machinery deployed across various project sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong diagnostic skills, in-depth knowledge of heavy equipment systems, and the ability to identify root causes of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues while ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions. The candidate will serve as the primary technical expert, supporting field teams, operators, and management by providing technical guidance, preventive maintenance strategies, and effective solutions to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, engine, and transmission issues in heavy machinery.
• Guide site engineers, operators, and maintenance teams in identifying the root cause of equipment failures.
• Develop and recommend step-by-step troubleshooting procedures for resolving technical issues.
• Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
• Provide remote technical assistance to project sites whenever ational Qualification/. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or a closely related engineering discipline. Additional certifications in heavy equipment maintenance or diagnostics will be an advantage.

Experience5-10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, technical services, or equipment management. Experience with construction, mining, infrastructure, or equipment rental companies is preferred. Hands-on experience troubleshooting heavy machinery from leading manufacturers is highly desirable.
