Abacus Consultants is seeking a Sales Manager for Personal Loans in a rapidly expanding NBFC. The role focuses on growing PL business via DSA networks and handling end-to-end sourcing and closures.

You will build 8+ DSA relationships, drive monthly disbursement targets, and coordinate with credit, legal and operations to speed approvals while maintaining portfolio quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in PL sourcing with NBFC/bank background preferred.
• Strong DSA/Connector network with proven sourcing ability.
• Proven track record of meeting disbursement targets and building quality portfolios.
