Job summary

Computacenter is hiring a Network Analyst to manage and support enterprise networking and security infrastructure from Noida. You will handle LAN/WAN, firewall policies, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity, collaborating with Security, Cloud, and Service Desk teams.

The role requires 2+ years in network administration, with on-call rotation and office-based shifts. You will work in a fast-paced environment with diverse vendor technologies.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in network infrastructure administration and support.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for enterprise network and security infrastructure.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
Manage Azure networking components including VNet, NSG, Load Balancers, ExpressRoute and VPN Gateway.
Configure and support Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco ASA/Firepower firewalls.
Support SD-WAN environments and branch connectivity issues.
Manage MPLS, DIA, leased lines, Internet circuits, and ISP coordination.
Perform firewall rule reviews, NAT configuration, VPN setup, and security policy implementation.
Support Cisco switching and routing (VLANs, STP, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs).
Maintain virtualized networks (VMware/Hyper-V) and related components.
Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure and Service Desk during incidents and changes.
Execute network changes, upgrades, patching and maintenance per change management.
Maintain network docs, topology diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventory.

We are seeking an experienced L2 Network Support Engineer responsible for managing enterprise network infrastructure, security appliances, cloud connectivity, and virtualization environments. The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting capabilities across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, firewall, and cloud networking technologies while ensuring high availability and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Provide L2 support for enterprise network and security infrastructure.

Experience supporting global environments, preferably US business hours and on-call support.
