Job summary

Akaasa Infotech Noida in Mumbai (Goregaon) seeks an experienced L3 Network Engineer to manage and troubleshoot complex enterprise network infrastructure, production incidents, and escalations.

Must-have skills include 10-12 years in network engineering, strong routing & switching, firewall and SD-WAN expertise, with on-prem, cloud and hybrid network experience. Interview rounds: 1 VR, 2 F2F tech.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Network Engineering / L3 Support.
• Strong Routing & Switching knowledge including VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP.
• TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN expertise.
• Hands-on Enterprise Firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto/Cisco).
• Hands-on Load Balancers (F5 or equivalent).
• NAC knowledge – Cisco ISE / Aruba ClearPass or equivalent.
• Strong SD-WAN experience – VeloCloud/VMware or equivalent.
• Azure Networking experience – VNet, NSG, VPN/ExpressRoute.
• Experience with On-prem, Cloud & Hybrid Network troubleshooting.
• Strong RCA, incident management and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot complex enterprise network infrastructure.
• Handle production incidents and escalations ensuring minimal downtime.

Interview: 1 Round Virtual then F2F 2 Technical Rounds

Role:

Looking for an experienced L3 Network Engineer to manage and troubleshoot complex enterprise network infrastructure, production incidents, and escalations.
