Job summary

Intellioz Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer for Noida, Sector 135, to provide L1 network support, troubleshoot connectivity, and manage Palo Alto firewalls in a 24/7 shift environment.

You will configure NAT, security rules, and analyze traffic logs while supporting LAN/WAN, VLANs, and routing protocols. Strong documentation and escalation to L2/L3 are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 network support and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.
• Perform basic firewall configuration, NAT, security rules, and traffic-log analysis.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, access ports, trunk ports, and STP.
• Support routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Perform basic switch and router troubleshooting using CLI commands.
• Monitor network devices, interfaces, bandwidth, and connectivity.
• Analyze network incidents and perform initial fault isolation.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper troubleshooting details.
• Maintain network documentation, incident records, and configuration details.
