Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking an experienced Network Operations L3 Engineer to support complex data center and routing/switching environments. The role covers fault analysis, change management, and DR drills, with emphasis on VXLAN, MPLS, NAT, and security integration.

You will mentor junior staff, drive automation, and maintain accurate topology diagrams while collaborating with Systems, Security, and App Support teams. The position offers Gurgaon/Remote/Hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Network Operations/NOC.
• Deep technical knowledge of Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus 7K/9K, and Routing/Switching.
• Expertise in BGP, OSPF, STP, VPC, VXLAN, MPLS, NAT, FHRP.
• WAN technologies including MPLS, GRE, IPsec, DMVPN, GETVPN.
• Troubleshooting across firewall/load balancer/proxy layers.
• Strong experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds).
• CCNP/CCIE certification in Data Center or Routing & Switching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for complex issues in ACI Data Center and Routing/Switching environments.
• Troubleshoot faults in VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, VPC, Multicast, MPLS, and security integrations.
• Handle ND/ACI fault tracking, syslog analysis, and prepare RCA documentation.
• Participate in Change Management, DR drills, and DC migrations.
• Review and implement MOPs, configuration changes, and server/hardware induction.
• Ensure infrastructure is compliant with monitoring, backup, and security policies.
• Maintain network topology diagrams and process documentation using MS Visio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Systems, Security, App Support.
• Work with tools such as SolarWinds, Infoblox, TACACS, and ServiceNow.
• Mentor L1/L2 team members, drive automation and process optimization.

• Experience with WAN technologies: MPLS , GRE , IPSEC , DMVPN , GETVPN .
• Experience in firewall/load balancer/proxy-based troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds or similar).
• Cisco Certification: CCNP/CCIE (preferred) in Data Center or R&S.

Preferred:

• Banking or large-scale DC experience.
• Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela).
• Experience with scripting (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
