Job summary

Globex Digital in Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a materials handler to manage material movement, WIP control, inventory accuracy, logistics support, and lot traceability within Module and SSD manufacturing operations. You will ensure materials are available at the right place and time while maintaining quality, safety, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• ITI pass or equivalent certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of material handling, inventory control, and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a cleanroom environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and transfer materials within manufacturing areas.
• Manage WIP movement between processes and update system transactions.
• Verify lot identity, quantity, and traceability before movement.
• Assign and maintain lot locations using RF systems.
• Support production teams with material replenishment and kitting activities.
• Print and manage production labels and lot tags.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Escalate inventory discrepancies and material-related issues.
• Follow EHS, ESD, and cleanroom protocols.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
