Bongchie India Private Limited in New Delhi is seeking a Sr. MIS Executive for Production & Material Management to oversee production data, material consumption, stock movement, wastage, and inventory reporting to ensure uninterrupted production and accurate stock records.

The role requires 15 years of experience in material management or manufacturing stores, hands-on MMS/ERP proficiency, BOM/GRN knowledge, and strong analytical and coordination skills to drive inventory control and timely

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Production MIS and Material Management in a manufacturing unit.
• Experience with MMS/ERP systems, BOM, GRN, material requisitions, and stock reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, coordination and data management skills.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and inventory control techniques.
• 15 years ofExperience in material management, inventory control, or manufacturing stores.
• Capable of generating daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily material inward and outward activities in the manufacturing plant.
• Verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and quality inspection reports.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, MRN, Material Issue Slips, and Material Return Notes.
• Update all material transactions in the MMS/ERP system on a timely basis.
• Issue raw materials to production as per BOM and material requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent production stoppages.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality Control, Planning, and Finance.
• Maintain batch numbers, lot traceability, material codes, and stock locations.
• Conduct stock verification and reconcile differences with the system.
• Track slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete materials.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation, and FIFO/FEFO as applicable.
• Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Support audits and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. MIS Executive Production & Material Management to manage production data, material consumption, stock movement, wastage and production reports to manage raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods inventory to ensure uninterrupted production, accurate stock records, timely material availability, and efficient inventory control through the Material Management System (MMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily material inward and outward activities in the manufacturing plant.
• Verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and quality inspection reports.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Receipt Notes (MRN), Material Issue Slips, and Material Return Notes.
• Update all material transactions in the MMS/ERP system on a timely basis.
• Issue raw materials to production as per approved material requisitions and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and reorder points to prevent production stoppages.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality Control, Planning, and Finance departments.
• Maintain batch numbers, lot traceability, material codes, and stock locations wherever applicable.
• Conduct daily or periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system stock.
• Track slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete materials.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation, and FIFO/FEFO practices as applicable.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
