• Identify basic issues and coordinate with maintenance when required.
• Coordinate with team and ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure proper packing, handling and movement of finished products.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production/packaging machines as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure smooth functioning of machines and timely completion of production targets.
• Supervise day-to-day production and packaging activities.
• Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Identify basic machine/production issues and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.

Shift Details
